TICKET INFORMATION:

• Total tickets available: 57,000
• Ticket prices are: 1 for $30, 3 for $70, 5 for $100, 10 for $150 and 20 for $200
• Tickets: 1 name only; same name on all tickets
• Must be 18 years old to purchase a ticket.
• No Refunds
• Tickets for Dream Cottage Lottery are sold only in New Brunswick.
• All tickets will be controlled by the licensee and are only available online, by phone, and in-person.
• Purchasers are not required to purchase a 50/50 Dream Draw Lottery ticket to be eligible to purchase a Big Brothers Big Sisters /Boys & Girls Club Dream Cottage Lottery ticket.

Early Bird #2 Draw Date: May 16, 2024

Grand Prize #1 Ticket Sales Deadline: Midnight, June 16, 2024
Grand Prize #1 Draw Date: June 21, 2024

DRAW ORDER:

Only tickets purchased before the Early Bird #1 prizes deadline of midnight, April 30, 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird #1 Prizes. The Early Bird Prize draws will commence at approx. 12:00pm on May 6, 2024 and the winner will be announced following the draw.

Only tickets purchased before the Early Bird # 2 deadline of midnight, May 12, 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize #2. The Early Bird Prize draw will commence at approx. 12:00pm on May 16, 2024 and the winner will be announced following the draw.

Only tickets purchased before the Grand Prize Draw deadline of midnight, June 16, 2024 are eligible for the Grand Prize . The Grand Prize Draw will commence at approx. 12:00pm on June 21, 2024 and the winner will be announced following the draw.

DRAW PROCESS:

All draws will be conducted in the following manner: Two executive members of the Board of Directors of the Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club Miramichi and one member of the public will be present to witness.

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body.

All prize draws will be completed using a Random Number Generator (RNG), designed and built by Stride Management Corp.

All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.

All draws will take place at the Big Brothers Big Sisters /Boys & Girls Club office (115 Maher Street, Miramichi, N.B.)

All draws are open to any member of the public wishing to attend.

PRIZES:

Total retail value of all prizes (before taxes) is $230,100.

Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded: no cash substitutes except where specified.

• Early Bird Prize #1 – 25 prizes of $1,000.00 Grocery Gift Card
• Early Bird Prize #2 - 2024 KIA FORTE LX or $20,000 cash.
• Grand Prize Draw- is a fully furnished Dream Cottage valued at $190,000.
  or a $100,000. Cash prize in lieu, and the decision on accepting the Cottage or Cash must be made within 48 hours from the Draw. Failure to make decision within 48 hours triggers cash option at the sole discretion of Miramichi Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club.
• Conditions of accepting the Dream Cottage
  • Transfer of ownership to Winner occurs on the day the Cottage is moved from the display lot.
  • Dream Cottage must be moved from the display lot within 60 days from their decision on keeping the Dream Cottage.
  • Winner must have insurance in place on moving day immediately prior to loading the Cottage for moving. Moving costs are the responsibility of the winner
  • Winner is not allowed to advertise the Dream Cottage for sale or sell from display site.
  • Not included with Dream Cottage: décor accessories, window coverings.

Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph for publicity purposes.

Winners will be posted on the website of Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club Miramichi www.WinDreamCottage.com and the Club social media platforms.

If the winner has not been located within 90 days of the draw, after publicly advertising this fact, said prizes will be allocated for use by Miramichi Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club.

ELIGIBILITY:

Members of the Board of Directors and paid staff of Miramichi Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club, and employees of Stride Management Corp. are not permitted to purchase Dream Cottage Lottery Tickets.

Purchasers are not required to purchase a 50/50 Dream Draw Lottery ticket to be eligible to purchase a Big Brothers Big Sisters /Boys & Girls Club Dream Cottage Lottery ticket

PRIVACY:

Both the Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club Miramichi and Stride Management Corp. respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by the Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club Miramichi will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries, and agency events and information.
