May 1 2026 • Early Bird Prizes: 68 prizes of $500
June 1 2026 • Bonus Prizes: 102 prizes of $250
June 26, 2026 • Grand Prize Draw Dream Cottage or $150,000.

The Dream Cottage is fully furnished with appliances.

Total value of all prizes is $350,000.

 

THE DRAW:

Winnings will be awarded to the name attached to the winning ticket number.
On draw day, a ticket is chosen using a random number generator designed and built by Rafflebox Technologies and it is identified via the Dream Cottage Lottery automated software.
Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

 

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING THE DREAM COTTAGE:

• The decision on accepting the Dream Cottage or Cash must be made
  within 48 hours from the Draw. Failure to make decision within 48 hours triggers the cash option.
• Transfer of ownership to Winner occurs on the day the Cottage is moved from the display lot.
• The Winner must move the Dream Cottage from the Display Site at the Boys & Girls Club, at their cost, within 60 days after the Draw on 06/26/2026.
• Winner must have insurance in place on moving day immediately prior to loading the Cottage for moving.
• Moving costs are the responsibility of the winner.
• Winner is not allowed to advertise the Dream Cottage for sale or sell from display at BGC Miramichi.
• Not included with Dream Cottage: décor accessories, window coverings.
• Winner consents to the use of their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
• Winner will be posted on social media, E-Newsletter, WinDreamCottage.com and BGCMiramichi.com
• Boys & Girls Club Miramichi: Board Members and Staff are not eligible to participate in the draw.
